You become who you surround yourself with. That’s as true at seventeen as it is at forty. We work with a small number of students at a time — never a factory, always personal — because the most important conversations about a young person’s direction deserve someone who actually knows them.
We work with students from 8th grade through college and graduate school — including internship preparation, interview coaching, and career positioning.
Define the goal. Written down, specific, honest about what's actually driving it.
Build the plan. Academics, analytical readiness, narrative, and the story that connects all of it — including where they're going after graduation.
Follow through. Weekly sessions, honest feedback, and a third party holding the timeline so the pressure doesn't land on the family.
Keep the family intact. One of the most valuable things we do is sit between the student and the parents — so ambition doesn't become conflict.
